Supply of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Miscellaneous Items for Construction of Mutton & Beef Wholesale Market Frame Work Contract (12 Months)

Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company (PAMCO) Lahore invites sealed tenders for the supply of civil, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous items required for the construction of Mutton & Beef Wholesale Market under a 12-month frame work contract. This procurement is aimed at supporting the development of a state-of-the-art abattoir facility to provide Halal, healthy, and hygienic meat to meet local demand and export requirements. Items being procured: - Civil items - Mechanical items - Electrical items - Miscellaneous items The contract duration is 12 months, covering all necessary supplies for the construction project. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website, as well as PAMCO's official website. The bid security required is 2% of the total estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 600,000/-. Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST & PRA registration, and submission of bid security via digital bid submission method. The financial bid should be inclusive of all taxes.
