The Directorate of Fisheries Merged Areas in Peshawar invites bids through a single stage one envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules for the supply of various items under ADP Ongoing/New Developmental Projects. This procurement includes a diverse range of goods essential for fisheries and related operations. Items being procured: - Computer Desktop (Core i5) - Printer - Multimedia - Furniture & Fixture - Electric Generator - Split Inverter AC 1.5 T3 - Refrigerator and Deep Freezer - Hostel Items - Fish Brooder/Seed - Fish Food - Chemical, Medicines and Hormones - Sign Board - Hatchery Equipment - Customization of Vehicle - Solar Battery The scope covers supply of IT equipment, furniture, electrical appliances including generators and solar batteries, fishery-related consumables such as fish brooders, food, chemicals, medicines, and hatchery equipment, as well as vehicle customization. The procurement aims to support the Directorate's ongoing and new projects in the merged areas, ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced service delivery. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active sales tax registration (STRN). Suppliers should have an office in Peshawar with documentary evidence. Bidding documents can be obtained from the employer's office during working hours or downloaded from the E-PADS portal upon written application. Bids must be submitted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 15th October 2026, 1000 Hrs. A sealed hard copy must also be delivered to the specified address by the deadline. Bids not submitted via EPADS will be declared non-responsive. The bids will be opened the same day at 1100 Hrs in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted price in the form of a bank draft/CDR in favor of Director Fisheries Merged Areas is mandatory. Non-provision of CDR will result in bid rejection. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely submission both electronically and physically to avoid disqualification.
