Supply of Computer Stationery Items to Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS) invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with the Income & Sales Tax Department and active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. These suppliers must have their own offices or stocks in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for the supply of computer stationery items during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Computer stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice). Bids will be collected and opened through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No manual bids or hard copies will be accepted. Interested bidders must register and submit their documents on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents include lists of items, specifications, and detailed terms and conditions available on the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, PPRA, and EPADS websites. A bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order (refundable) in favor of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, must be attached with each bid separately as per Rule-25 of PPRA Rules-2004. All applicable government rates and taxes will apply at the time of supply or work order. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and submission of bids electronically to avoid disqualification. This e-procurement method ensures transparency and efficiency in the tendering process.
