Supply of Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Photostat and Multimedia Equipment for Azad Jammu & Kashmir Assembly

Items being procured: - Laptop Core i5, 13th Generation, 8/16 GB RAM, 03 units (HP, Dell, Lenovo) - Tablet Latest Model, 03 units (Samsung, OPPO, Apple or Equivalent) - Desktop Computer CPU; Intel Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/12GB RAM, 05 units (HP, Dell, Lenovo) - Personal Computer Intel Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/12GB RAM, 05 units (HP, Dell, Lenovo All in One) - Laser Jet Printer (WiFi printer), 05 units (HP, Samsung or Equivalent) - Legal Scanner, 01 unit (HP, Samsung, Epson or Equivalent) - Copy Printer Machine New, 01 unit (HP, Samsung or Equivalent) - Photostat Machine 1*, 01 unit (Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp or Equivalent) - Multimedia Projector 4000 Lumens, WiFi, 01 unit (Sony, Epson, Samsung or Equivalent) - Camera Latest Model DJI Osmo Pocket 4p (with all shades of lenses), 01 unit (DJI, Canon, Nikon, Sony or Equivalent) The technical scope requires all equipment to be latest models with specified configurations, compatible with Windows 11 Pro or equivalent operating systems. The items must be brand new, genuine, and covered by manufacturer warranty. Delivery and installation will be at the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Assembly premises in Muzaffarabad. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration is not applicable for goods procurement but experience in supplying similar IT and office equipment is preferred. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order equivalent to the specified amount must accompany the bid. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Assembly by the closing date. The last date for submission is **October 5, 2026** by 23:59:59.
