Supply, Construction, Repair and Maintenance Works at Cantonment Board Nowshera

Cantonment Board Nowshera invites sealed bids for various supply, construction, repair, and maintenance works under the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and PPRA Rules 2004. The procurement is based on a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules. The works are to be executed at different locations within Nowshera Cantonment. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of energy-efficient 30-watt ceiling fans at CB School - Supply and fixing of energy-efficient 30-watt ceiling fans at CB Office - Construction of Road and provision of Street lights for Vegetable Market at GBS Nsr Cantt - Provision of Drainage System and PCC Roads at Katti Khana near CB Slaughterhouse Nsr Cantt - Supply and Installation of 02 x Complete Submersible Motor Unit Nsr Cantt - Up-gradation of the Car Parking Area near GBS Nsr Cantt - Up-gradation of the Car Parking Area and Commercial Complex Road with Tuff Tiles at Khushal Colony, Nowshera Cantt - Uplifting of 02 x the Existing Filter Plant to an RO System and Rehabilitation of the Filter Plant Building - Construction/Extension of CB Mall - I (B+G+F) at G.T Road near Shoba Auto Market, Nsr Cantt - Construction/Extension of CB Mall - II (B+G+F) at G.T Road near Police Petrol Pump, Nsr Cantt - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Buildings, Nowshera Cantt - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Roads, Nowshera Cantt - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Drains, Nowshera Cantt - Repair/Maintenance of Water Supply Lines, Nowshera Cantt - Repair/Maintenance of Misc. Public Improvements, Nsr Cantt The scope includes supply and installation of electrical fans, construction of roads, street lighting, drainage systems, submersible motor units, car parking upgrades, filter plant rehabilitation, and repair/maintenance of various Cantt infrastructure. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category and be active taxpayers with FBR. Earnest money in the form of call deposit is required as per the specified amounts for each work. Tender documents including evaluation criteria, standard forms, TORs, and draft agreements are available at the CBN office or can be downloaded from the official website. Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical and Financial Proposals by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 pm. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened.
