Supply of Consumable and Chemical Items for Bio-sciences Department at Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The university intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of consumable and chemical items for the Bio-sciences Department. Items being procured: - Consumable items - Chemical items The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit sealed bids via EPADS v2.0, the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal, ensuring compliance with bid security requirements in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
