Supply of Consumable Food Items for Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women Islamabad

The Ministry of Human Rights, through its Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women in Islamabad, invites bids from registered firms/entities for the supply of consumable food items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes dry food items, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, meat such as chicken, beef, mutton, fish, mince, baking material, and any other food items required by the centre. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included in the Active Tax Payers List of FBR. Items being procured: - Dry Food Items - Dairy Products - Vegetables - Fruits - Meat like Chicken, Beef, Mutton, Fish, Mince - Baking Material - Any other food item Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure via EPADS 2.0 version. Earnest Money (Bid Security) equivalent to 5% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of DDO, Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women, Islamabad. The Earnest Money must be sealed in a small envelope or produced in original at the time of bid opening. Bids not submitted through EPADS 2.0 will be rejected. Bids are valid for the fiscal year 2026-27. In case of unsuccessful tenders, Earnest Money will be returned within a fortnight; successful bidders will have it released upon furnishing performance security. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying fresh and hygienic food items with no compromise on quality. Delivery must be made at the doorstep of the centre using the contractor's own transportation, available 24/7 including holidays. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the contract if items are found sub-standard, unhygienic, not fresh, short in quantity, or not supplied timely. The authority also reserves the right to reject any item or bid found sub-standard or not compliant with PPRA rules. Interested firms should apply through EPADS with the subject 'TENDER FOR FOOD ITEMS 2026-27' within 16 days from the notice publication, with the deadline on 27th August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. The tender opening will be on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders. This tender notice is also available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.mohr.gov.pk.
