Supply of Consumable Food Items for Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women Islamabad FY 2026-27

The Ministry of Human Rights, through its Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women (FPRCW) in Islamabad, invites bids for the supply of consumable food items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 using the National Competitive Bidding method via the EPADS 2.0 platform. The supply includes a comprehensive list of food items such as dry food items, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, various meats including chicken, beef, mutton, fish, mince, baking materials, and other related food products. The technical scope requires all food items to be of recognized brands, fresh, hygienic, and with long expiry dates where applicable. Items with cracked seals or short expiry will be rejected. The supplier must be able to deliver on short notice 24/7 including holidays, directly to the FPRCW doorstep in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, inclusion in the Active Tax Payers List of FBR, a minimum of two years' experience supplying similar items to government/public sector entities, and a business setup with a representative office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is required as bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 by 27 August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the FPRCW office, Sector H-8/1, St # 4, Pitrass Bukhari Road, Islamabad. Late or hard copy bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder following technical and financial evaluation as per PPRA rules.
