Supply of Crystal Mounting Frames, Photo Albums, Crests, Mini DVCs, CD-R and DVD-R

The Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR) invites sealed quotations from well-reputed and Pakistan Navy registered firms or suppliers for the supply of various items at their office premises in Islamabad. The items required include Crystal Mounting/Wooden Frames in different sizes, Photo Albums/Folders of different sizes, Crests, Mini DVCs, CD-R with 12mm cover, and DVD-R with 12mm cover. The approximate quantities for Mini DVCs, CD-Rs, and DVD-Rs are 550, 1700, and 1800 units respectively, while the other items are to be supplied as per sample and demand. Firms or suppliers blacklisted by the DGPR, Federal Government, or Provincial Government will not be entertained. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Upon acceptance, suppliers must provide samples and supply items of approved quality during the contract period. The supplier will be responsible for delivering items to the office premises and must replace any defective or sub-standard items at their own cost. Quotations must reach the office before the deadline of 22 September 2026 at 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms or suppliers. Details of terms and contract calendars can be obtained from DDPR North, PR Directorate, Naval Headquarters, Islamabad, between 0900 and 1400 hrs on working days.
