Supply of CTGS SAA 5.56 x 45MM Ball Ammunition

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the supply of CTGS SAA 5.56 x 45MM Ball ammunition, quantity 200,000 rounds, for the Pakistan Navy. Items being procured: - CTGS SAA 5.56 x 45MM Ball (Qty: 200,000 rounds) The ammunition must comply with detailed technical specifications including caliber 5.56mm, length 56.76-57.40mm, weight 11.08-11.92 gm, propellant WC-844c, bullet material GM, muzzle velocity 965 m/sec at 23.77 meters, and accuracy mean radii 50.8mm at 183 meters. Compatibility certificates for use with M-4 Commando, M-4 Carbine, M-PDW, Minimi Para machine gun, and AUG are required. The ammunition shall be OEM certified, brand new, and not older than one year at delivery. Delivery is to be made within 12 months after contract signing on FOR Karachi basis with no part delivery allowed. Eligibility criteria include registration with Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registration with FBR, and submission of earnest money as per tender conditions. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
