Tender Description
The Sindh Mental Hospital Khuzdar under the Government of Balochistan is inviting bids for the supply of defective and damaged items. This procurement is specifically for the replacement or disposal of faulty and unusable materials currently held at the hospital. The tender is issued by the Medical Superintendent office located in Khuzdar, Balochistan.
The scope includes collection and proper handling of defective and damaged hospital items. Bidders are required to submit their sealed bids by 12:00 PM on 3rd June 2026 at the Medical Superintendent’s office. The technical bid opening will take place at 1:00 PM on the same day. The hospital will not accept any bids submitted after the deadline. An earnest money deposit of PKR 500,000 is mandatory to participate in the bidding process. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the tender process.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in handling hospital supplies or similar goods. The tender notice emphasizes that all defective items must be removed within 15 days of award, and a penalty of PKR 1,000 per day will be imposed for delays. A non-refundable fee of PKR 2,500 is required to obtain the bidding documents from the office before 4:00 PM on 2nd June 2026.
