The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Health & Accident Insurance (H&AI) Regional Office in Karachi invites experienced and financially sound suppliers to submit e-bids for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of office furniture and miscellaneous items for their 4th Floor office at State Life Building No. 03, Karachi. Items being procured include: - Chief Office Furniture set (21 qty) - Common Room Day Care Furniture set (6 qty) - Conference Room Furniture set (23 qty) - Departmental Head Furniture set (32 qty) - Kitchen Furniture set (5 qty) - Reception Area Furniture set (28 qty) - Staff Area Furniture set (61 qty) - Miscellaneous Electronic Items (16 qty) The scope covers complete design coordination, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and one year maintenance. Furniture must be brand new, high quality, and conform to approved specifications. Technical specifications include detailed requirements for desks, chairs, sofas, tables, electronic devices such as wireless IP phones, biometric access control, UPS systems, foot washers, and electric stoves. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST registration, bid security of PKR 500,000, audited financial statements for last 3 years, and no blacklisting. Joint ventures are not allowed.
