Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of IT Equipment for Secretary Office and Committee Room

The Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department in Peshawar is inviting bids from registered, reputed, authorized, and financially sound firms for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT equipment for the Secretary Office and Committee Room under the project titled 'Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems' for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is critical for enhancing the digital infrastructure and operational efficiency of the department. Items being procured: - Smart Interactive Touch Screen - Sound System: Amplifier, Complete Cabling and Integration - Video Conference System - Audio Conference System - Hybrid Inverter UPS with External Lithium Battery - 27-Inch IPS LED Monitor with Wooden Stand - 65-Inch 4K Smart LED TV - Complete Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing, and On-Site Training The technical scope includes full installation, configuration, integration, testing, and on-site training to ensure the equipment is fully operational and staff are trained for effective use. The site is the Secretary Office and Committee Room at the Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department in Peshawar. Bidders must submit a complete bid covering all listed items; partial or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered, financially sound, and authorized. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Manufacturer Authorization Certificate must accompany the Technical Proposal. Firms blacklisted by any government body will be disqualified. The quoted rates must include all applicable federal and provincial taxes. The tender follows the Single Stage, Two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
