Bidders must be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayer List, and hold valid DRAP licenses where applicable. The firm must have HVAC functional facilities and provide affidavits on stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting, product availability, and product authenticity. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 29th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be physically submitted to the Purchase Department at PIMS Hospital, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad before the deadline.
