Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the supply of various local purchase items on free delivery basis at KS&EW, West Wharf, Karachi. The procurement is under Single Stage One Envelope bidding with a tender opening scheduled at 11:00 am on 18-08-2026. Items being procured include: - Digital Theodolite (04 Nos) - M.S Angle Bar (As per attached specification) - Miscellaneous Electrical Items (As per attached specification) - Water Cooler / Dispenser (03 Nos) - Valves & Sensor (As per attached specification) - Filters (03 Nos) - Double Speed Motor (02 Nos) - Angles (As per attached specification) The technical scope requires compliance with KS&EW tender specifications, including OEM warranty and supplier warranty/guarantee for 12 months. Delivery periods vary from 15 to 45 days after issuance of purchase orders. Suppliers must provide NTN and GST numbers, OEM authorization where applicable, and MTCs for materials like angle bars. Installation and commissioning are required for items such as water coolers and double speed motors, including related cable, contractors, and welding/fitting work. Eligibility criteria include earnest money deposits ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.50,000 depending on the item, payable via Pay Order. Security deposits of 5% of the ordered value are required from successful bidders within 7 days of offer opening. Firms must confirm conformity to enquiry specifications and avoid multiple prices or brands per item to avoid rejection. Integrity Pact submission is mandatory for contracts exceeding Rs.10 million.
