Supply of Dissolved Acetylene Gas to Wah Industries Limited Packages Factory

Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory located in Wah Cantt, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Dissolved Acetylene Gas as per detailed specifications provided in the tender documents. The procurement is for industrial grade refilling of dissolved acetylene and industrial grade acetone refilled in 3,867 dissolved 1 M3 cylinders with purity ranging from 95% to 98% as required. The lifting of empty cylinders and delivery of filled cylinders will be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - Industrial Grade Dissolved Acetylene Gas refilled in 3,867 dissolved 1 M3 cylinders - Industrial Grade Acetone as per requirement The technical scope includes supplying the gas and acetone meeting the specified purity standards and delivery to the Packages Factory premises adjacent to POF Barrier 01, Sanjwal Cantt. Suppliers must submit bids under a single stage two envelope method: Part I Technical Offer including technical details, literature, validity, delivery schedule, and a fixed bid money of Rs. 300,000 along with a tender fee of Rs. 2,500; and Part II Commercial Offer indicating price and payment terms. The technical offer must not include price information and must be accompanied by an advance sample. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with the Sales Tax Department and to furnish Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. The weight of gas cylinders will be verified at the Packages Factory and considered final. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required from the successful bidder in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank. The tender opening will be held on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 hours at POFs Bid Centre (Room No. 02), behind Rabta Hall, Wah Cantt. Bids must reach the POF Bids Centre via air mail or courier before 11:30 hours on the same day. Hand-delivered bids must be received 30 minutes prior to opening.
