Supply of Domestic Sweet Water through Tankers in State Life Buildings Karachi

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Real Estate Division, Karachi, is procuring the supply of domestic sweet water through tankers for various State Life Buildings, Residential Units, and Sandspit Hut located in Karachi. This procurement covers multiple locations including State Life Buildings on I.I. Chundrigar Road, Wallace Road, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, M.A. Jinnah Road, G. Allana Road, Abdullah Haroon Road, and residential units such as the CEO Residence at Lalazar and Sandspit Hut. The contractor is required to supply potable water from approved hydrants of Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KW&SB) ensuring the water is free from contamination and fit for human consumption with TDS values meeting standards. The scope includes supplying water tankers ranging from 1000 to 5000 gallons capacity, with an estimated total monthly quantity of approximately 1,395,000 gallons across all sites. The contract duration is one year with a fixed price inclusive of all taxes, levies, transportation, labor charges, and profit. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, provide an affidavit declaring no blacklisting or litigation with State Life, and demonstrate relevant experience and capacity including ownership of water tankers and prior contracts of similar scale.
