Tender Description
Headquarters Gilgit Baltistan Scouts is procuring a comprehensive range of dry, fresh, and animal ration items for its stations located in Gilgit, Chilas, and Skardu for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes fresh ration items such as meat on hoof, live chicken, dressed beef, onions, potatoes, fresh vegetables, fruits, curry powder, milk powder, eggs, and cost of skin. Dry ration items include atta, fine atta, flour, cooking oil, sugar, various types of lentils and pulses, rice, tea, salt, suji, match boxes, and K-II oil. Additionally, animal ration items like rishka green, rishka dry, bran, and husk are required specifically for the Gilgit station.
The tender invites bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience in supplying such items. Bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant registrations including FBR and ATL, and should be prepared to submit earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the bid cost. The technical bid should be comprehensive and include samples of all dry items, including milk powder, with a minimum quantity of 2 kilograms.

Bids must be submitted by 21 May 2026 before 11:30 hours and will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value. This guarantee will be refunded upon successful completion of the contract.
