Supply of Dry, Fresh, Perishable and Non-Perishable Items for KS&EW Canteens

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced Suppliers, Firms, and Super Stores/Markets for the supply of dry, fresh, perishable, and non-perishable items for KS&EW Canteens located at West Wharf Dockyard, Karachi. This procurement is for a one-year contract, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance and applicable rules. Items being procured: - Dry items - Fresh items - Perishable items - Non-perishable items The scope includes supplying quality food and grocery items suitable for canteen operations at KS&EW. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and maintain standards as per contract terms. Eligibility requires proven experience in food supply, valid FBR registration, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Earnest Money and bid security details are provided in the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be obtained from the KS&EW Canteen Department Office during working hours (0900 to 1600 hrs) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 in cash. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned by 08-10-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1530 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives at the GM(Admin) office. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as notified. Financial bids of disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure compliance with all requirements.
