Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib invites reputed contractors, firms, and organizations to participate in the supply of durable goods for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process. The technical scope includes installation and supply of tents, generators, sound systems, air coolers, and various furniture items along with printing services for plastic bags and flexes. The site of delivery and installation is Nankana Sahib. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have an active tax profile. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost is required, along with a performance guarantee of 5% upon acceptance. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure.
