The scope includes supplying durable dust bins suitable for municipal waste management across multiple wards in Gwadar city. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category 6 or above with the relevant specialization code. Valid registration with Income Tax, Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA), and presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory.
