Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically. Bid security amounts are specified for each tender and must be submitted in original form as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled bank valid for 150 days after tender opening. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan.
