Supply of Electrical Construction and Stringing Works for FESCO Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27 along with up-to-date registration active PR on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction of Tower G/FCE Foundations (15-Degree), Erection & Stringing of 132KV T/L F/F 132KV G/S Shrimp Estate (Deposit Work) - Transportation, Erection & Stringing of New 132KV D/C T/L line FEEDMC-1 to FEEDMC-1 in & out at 500/132KV G/S Allama Iqbal Industrial City (Deposit Work) - Construction of Tower / Pole Foundations for 132KV D/C T/Line F/F 132KV G/S Allama Iqbal Industrial City No. 3 (Deposit Work) - Transportation, Erection & Stringing of 132KV D/C T/Line F/F 132KV G/S Allama Iqbal Industrial City No. 3 (Deposit Work) The scope includes specialized electrical construction and stringing works at various locations within Faisalabad, including tower foundations and transmission line stringing at 132KV voltage levels. The contract periods range from 30 to 45 days with annual turnover requirements from 1.17 to 30.52 million PKR depending on the lot. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be PEC registered contractors with relevant specialization codes, valid FBR and ATL registration, and experience as main contractors with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated cost. Earnest money in the form of a Bid Security (CDR) is mandatory, and all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the bid amount.
