Supply of Electrical & Electronic Items by PD SPH and BMC Quetta

The Project Director SPH and BMC Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of Electrical & Electronic items totaling 6 items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Electrical & Electronic items (Total Item(s) Count: 6) The scope includes supply of these electrical and electronic goods to the SPH and BMC Quetta office. Bidders must have assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 1,500,000 in the previous 1 year and over PKR 1,500,000 in the last 5 years. Active Tax Payer status and Sales Tax Certificate presence are mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint Ventures are not permissible. The firm must have an operational office or outlet in Quetta. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication until 11 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 11 September 2026 till 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bids must be submitted to the P&D department Civil Secretariat Quetta. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA as it is mandatory for all bidders in GOB procurements, whether electronic or manual submission.
