Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-Bids for the year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for supply of electrical materials to IESCO Regional Stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. Items being procured: - 400 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformer (35 Nos.) - 200 KVA Pad Mounted Distribution Transformer (100 Nos.) - G.S Wire 6 mm (130 M.T.) - G.S Wire 10 mm (50 M.T.) - LT CT Ratio 100/5 A (1000 Nos.) - LT CT Ratio 200/5 A (1000 Nos.) - LT CT Ratio 400/5 A (400 Nos.) - LT CT Ratio 800/5 A (100 Nos.) - P.G Connector T-155 (16000 Nos.) - Nut & Bolt Size 5/8"x2" (26900 Nos.) The materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The scope includes delivery to regional stores and compliance with technical standards for transformers, wires, connectors, and associated hardware. Bidders must ensure full quantity supply as partial bids will not be accepted. Eligibility requires registration with relevant DISCOs and FBR, valid prototype approval where applicable, and submission of Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for 150 days. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS portal and uploaded with mandatory documents. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope basis. E-Bids will be received until 10:30 AM on 19-08-2026 and opened at 11:00 AM the same day at IESCO Head Office, Islamabad. Bidders should ensure bid validity of 120 days and firm pricing on FCS basis without foreign exchange involvement.
