Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids under local funds through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure from WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers duly prequalified and registered in the required category for the supply of electrical materials. These materials are to be delivered free of cost at consignee's stores (FCS) Regional stores in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali. The technical scope includes supply as per WAPDA/PEPCO/PPMC drawings and specifications, with prototype approval if applicable. Delivery is to FESCO regional stores in Faisalabad and nearby cities. Bidders must be approved manufacturers in the required category. Prototype approval is not required for these tenders. Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available on EPADS V2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before the specified dates. Original Bid Security Instruments must be submitted physically before the online submission deadline, or bids will not be opened. Notification of GRC as per PPRA Rules is provided on EPADS. The deadline for receiving tenders for most items is 09 September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. For items with tender numbers 3163 to 3165, the deadline is 16 September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
