Supply of Electrical Materials for Faisalabad Electric Supply Company

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids under local funds through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure from WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers, duly prequalified and registered in the required category for the supply of electrical materials. These materials are to be delivered free of cost at consignee's stores (FCS) in regional stores of FESCO located in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali. The procurement is based on WAPDA/PEPCO/PPMC drawings and specifications, amended to date, inclusive of all taxes and duties except General Sales Tax. The technical scope includes supply of electrical wires, cables, poles, steel structures, meters, and current transformers meeting WAPDA/PEPCO/PPMC standards. Delivery is to be made at specified regional stores. Bidders must be registered and approved manufacturers with valid prototype approval where applicable. Earnest money and bid security instruments must be submitted as per tender requirements. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before the specified dates. Tender No. 3153/FESCO/MM/DIST/2026-27 bids will be received up to 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on 14.09.2026. An amendment has extended the deadline from 09.09.2026 to 14.09.2026.
