Supply of Electrical Materials including LT/HT TOU Meters, Steel Structures, Conductors, Clamps and Accessories for FESCO Regional Stores

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids under local funds through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure for the supply of electrical materials to its regional stores located in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali. The procurement is open to WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOs approved manufacturers and suppliers who are duly prequalified and registered in the required categories. The supply shall be made on free delivery basis at consignee's stores inclusive of all taxes and duties except General Sales Tax. Items being procured include: - Lot-i: 2350 Nos. LT/HT TOU Meters with digital Volt+Amp meter & accessories - Lot-ii: 2330 Nos. LT/HT TOU Meters accessories - Lot-iii: 2320 Nos. LT/HT TOU Meters accessories - HT Steel Structure 58' Nos. 300 - LT Steel Structure 30'-8'' Nos. 775 and 725 - ACSR Conductor Dog KM 200 - AAC Conductor Wasp KM 310 and 290 - HT Insulated Conductor KM 25 (Osprey, Dog, Rabbit) - LT Insulated Conductor KM 25 (Wasp, Ant) - PG Conn. T-155 Nos. 12000 - Dead End Clamp Osprey Nos. 10000 - Dead End Clamp Dog/Rabbit Nos. 20000 - Loop Dead End LC-10 Nos. 15000 - Loop Dead End LC-16 Nos. 10000 - Meter Security Box for LT CT 200/5 Amp and TOU Meter Nos. 1000 (without Bus bar, Insulator & Ins fittings) - 11 KV Dropout Cutout (S-Ins) Polymeric Nos. 5000 - 11 KV Fuse Holder (S-Ins) Polymeric Nos. 5000 The technical scope includes supply according to WAPDA/PEPCO/PPMC drawings and specifications amended to date, with valid prototype approval where applicable. The materials will be delivered to regional stores on free delivery basis. Eligible bidders must be registered and prequalified in categories M-11, M-13, and M-25 for tender No. 3197, and approved manufacturers/suppliers/stockiest for tenders No. 3210 and 3211. Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available on EPADS V2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 before the deadline. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted physically before the online submission deadline, failing which bids will not be opened. Bids will be opened in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad as per schedule.
