Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed E-bids Version 2.0 under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the supply of various electrical materials. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayer list. The scope includes supply of electrical distribution transformers, conductors, cables, steel structures, clamps, bolts, brackets, and meter security boxes for HESCO's regional stores. All materials must meet HESCO specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC (if applicable), have valid FBR registration, and be on the active taxpayer list. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker's Cheque from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security on EPADS and submit the original to the Manager (Material Management) HESCO, Room No. 237-WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad by the closing date. The last date for bid submission is **23rd October 2026** by 11:00 am, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
