Tender Description
A public sector organization in Dera Ghazi Khan invites reputable firms, stakeholders, wholesale dealers, and proprietors duly registered with the Sales Tax department and having independent offices with telephone numbers to supply a range of electrical, mechanical, and safety equipment on F.O.R basis.

The tender documents with detailed specifications and terms will be sold until 15-09-2026 upon written request and payment of a non-refundable call deposit of Rs. 1,000 in favor of Head LAO, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan. The opening date for tenders is 16-09-2026. Quotations must be received by 16-09-2026 up to 13:30 Hrs and will be opened the same day at 14:30 Hrs in the presence of bidders.
Quotations should be sent separately in sealed envelopes to the Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post/UMS or authorized courier services. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the Tender No. In case of holidays, the opening date will be the next working day. The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.
Bidders should ensure their registration with FBR and Sales Tax departments and prepare earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt.
