Supply of Electrical & Mechanical Works for Street Light Upgradation and Road Lighting in Islamabad by Capital Development Authority

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division Islamabad, invites bids for the supply and execution of electrical and mechanical works related to street light upgradation and road lighting in Islamabad. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the EPAD System 2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Up-Gradation and Replacement of Existing Road Lighting with Elevated LED Luminaires at Faizabad Interchange, Islamabad - Rehabilitation and Renovation of Existing Road Lights at Park Road and Providing/Fixing of Street and Road Lighting System on Jinnah Avenue from Link Road to Bani Gala, Islamabad - Procurement of Store Material for Repair/Maintenance of Street Light System, Islamabad CDA The scope includes electrical and mechanical works for street lighting systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of LED luminaires and associated infrastructure. The works are to be carried out in Islamabad city under the supervision of CDA Street Lights Division. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate Electrical & Mechanical Works category and to be registered with FBR and NTN. Bidders must provide Earnest Money as specified and submit bids electronically via EPAD System 2.0. The technical and financial bids will be opened as per the schedule. The last date for bid submission is 29-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, with online bid opening immediately thereafter.
