Khyber Medical College Peshawar (KMC) invites bids through EPADS from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR, as well as registered with EPADS. The procurement covers a wide range of items required by the institution for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Electrical items - Sanitary and Hardware items - House Keeping items - Stationery & Printing Items - Chemicals/kits and Disposable items - IT Equipment and Computer Accessories This tender is issued by the department of Khyber Medical College located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes supply of electrical goods, sanitary and hardware materials, housekeeping supplies, stationery and printing materials, chemical kits and disposable items, along with IT equipment and computer accessories. The procurement method is Single Stage Single Envelope with a fixed earnest money requirement for each category, ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 200,000 depending on the item category. Bidders must be registered with the FBR and appear on the ATL list, and must also be registered on EPADS. The technical bid must include a scanned copy of the bid security submitted through a scheduled bank in favor of Suppliers Contractors Security Deposit, KMC, Peshawar. Original CDR or bid security must be delivered to the Assistant Manager Procurement office at KMC before the closing date and time. Bids without earnest money or late submission of original bid security will be rejected. The closing date for submission is **21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM (PST)**, with electronic bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
