Supply of Electrical, Sanitary, Housekeeping, Stationery, Chemicals, and IT Equipment Items

Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR, as well as registered with EPADS, for the below mentioned tenders. Detailed specifications, submission, opening and evaluation methods are provided in the bidding documents. Following Bid Security/earnest money is required to be submitted from schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of Suppliers Contractors Security Deposit, KMC, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Electrical items - Sanitary and Hardware items - House Keeping items - Stationery & Printing Items - Chemicals/kits and Disposable items - IT Equipment and Computer Accessories The procurement covers a wide range of goods including electrical supplies, sanitary hardware, housekeeping materials, stationery and printing supplies, chemicals and disposable kits, and IT equipment with accessories. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the ATL list, and also be registered on EPADS. Earnest money in the form of bid security must be submitted as per the specified amounts for each category. The deadline for bid submission is 21-08-2026 till 11:00 AM (PST) via uploading scanned copies on EPADS. Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College Peshawar by the same date and time. Bids without earnest money on EPADS will not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST). Bids received by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. The bid accompanied by Pay Order (PO) shall be rejected. Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax and KPRA or any other government tax will be charged as per rules. Procurements will be carried out as per the Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PRA). A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is active and all mandatory documents including bid security are uploaded correctly before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, submit the original bid security physically on time to the procurement office to validate your bid.
