Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-Bids for the year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, NGC (formerly NTDC), and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for delivery to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. Items being procured: - 400 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformer (35 Nos) - 200 KVA Pad Mounted Distribution Transformer (100 Nos) - G.S Wire 6 mm (130 M.T) - G.S Wire 10 mm (50 M.T) - LT CT Ratio 100/5 A (1000 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 200/5 A (1000 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 400/5 A (400 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 800/5 A (100 Nos) - P.G Connector T-155 (16000 Nos) - Nut & Bolt Size 5/8"x2" (26900 Nos) The materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The scope includes supply of electrical transformers, conductors, current transformers, connectors, and fasteners suitable for distribution network use. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, hold valid prototype approvals, and submit Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from scheduled banks with A+ rating. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS Version 2.0) portal. The tender opening will be held on 19-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at IESCO Head Office Islamabad. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bidders should ensure full quantity bidding as partial bids will not be accepted. Prices quoted must be firm, final, and inclusive of all taxes and duties. In case of holidays or strikes, the tender opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time and venue.
