Supply of Electronic Items for National Police Foundation

The National Police Foundation (NPF) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electronic items as detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Electronic Items (specific list not provided in the notice) This procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/144315. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 1400 hours. Bid opening will be held the same day at 1530 hours. Security clearance from AIG General, ICT Police is mandatory for eligible bidders. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPR rules. In case the submission date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next working day will be considered the submission date. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and electronic submission on EPADS v2.0 before the deadline. Manual or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
