Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers or their authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers for the supply of Electronics Components, Conductive Inks, Chemicals, Polymers, Lab Instruments, Accessories and General Consumables on F.O.R. basis. The procurement is for the GIKI Institute located in Topi, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Electronics, Controllers & Battery Components - Conductive Inks, Chemicals & Polymers - Lab Instruments & Testing Tools - Lab Accessories & General Consumables Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, relevant tax authorities, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- and bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0 are required. Scanned copies shall be uploaded on EPADS V2.0, while original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time. The tender opening date is August 26, 2026 at 14:30 hrs. GIKI Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules.
