Supply of Elevators ELD Batteries for Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement of Elevators ELD Batteries under contract reference P69350 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for supply, installation, and commissioning of 88 dry batteries, 12V-7.5AH TECHORSE or equivalent, for Elevator Emergency Land Devices (ELD) of Hyundai Elevators (Model= Hyundai-WVBF) installed across 11 elevators on the university campus in Islamabad. The quoted price must include all labor, tools, transportation, testing, and commissioning required to complete the job satisfactorily. Items being procured: - 88 Dry Batteries 12V-7.5AH TECHORSE or equivalent for Elevator ELD Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline. A refundable bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad. The bids will be opened online on August 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, and professional experience with at least three similar contracts over Rs. 500,000 in the last five years. Warranty of 6 months is mandatory. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Delivery period is 30 days from issuance of work order.
