The School Education Department Government of Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the supply of Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services in Quetta. Items being procured: - Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 40,000,000 in 2 subsequent previous years. The firm must be present on the Active Tax Payer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration certificate, and be registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and must submit audited reports for the last 2 financial years by a Chartered Accountant firm registered with ICAP. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit is required, payable to the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
