Supply of Enriched Yb-176, Peristaltic Pump Drives, Ducted Fume Hoods, Chemicals and Related Items

The Head Procurement office in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The procurement is for various specialized items including enriched Yb-176 (> 99.5%), peristaltic pump drives and heads, ducted fume hoods, miscellaneous chemicals, hard plastic buckets for Tc-99m generator body, and sintered discs for glass columns. The tender documents can be obtained by requesting in writing on firm's letter-head along with the bank draft or pay order of the tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value including GST. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The validity of tenders must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against previous orders. The last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date. Interested bidders must submit their tenders by 11:00 A.M on 11-08-2026. The tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. The submission method is Single Stage One Envelope. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 per item. Tender in cash will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage. Bidders should ensure their firm is registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying similar chemical and laboratory items. Earnest money must be attached as CDR in favor of Director Finance.
