The Avionics Production Factory (APF) at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered suppliers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and preferably registered with the PAC Board. The procurement is for items required for environment test chambers and vibration systems on a DDP Kamra basis. Commercial offers should indicate prices and confirm terms and conditions. A 5% earnest money in the form of a bank draft in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi must accompany the technical quote. The tender closing date is 10 November 2026 at 1130 Hrs, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day at the factory guard room. Offers must be original and dropped in the tender box; photocopies or late submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers must provide valid GST registration, professional tax certificates, and proof of ATL registration. Delivery period is 3 months after contract signing. Warranty and bank guarantees are required as per terms.
