Supply and Erection of LED Lights and Cable, Municipal Committee Pattoki

Municipal Committee Pattoki invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from firms, contractors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the award of Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted on an as-and-when required basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule 38(1), PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Supply and Erection of LED Lights and cable The scope includes supply and installation of LED lighting and associated cabling for Municipal Committee Pattoki. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically via e-PADS only. Hard copy bids by hand, post, courier, or telegraph will not be accepted except for the original Bid Security (CDR). Eligibility requires registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, and firms must upload scanned Bid Security on e-PADS and submit the original CDR before the closing date and time. A Performance Guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost is required under section 56 of PPRA rules 2014, refundable after successful project completion. The bid submission deadline is 10-11-2026 at 12:00 PM PST, with bid opening on 10-11-2026 at 12:30 PM PST. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding document is available on the PPRA Punjab website. One practical tip: Ensure your Bid Security is prepared exactly as specified and uploaded on e-PADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, attend the bid opening session to stay informed about the process. Municipal Committee Pattoki will reject incomplete or unfilled bids and reserves the right to reject all bids prior to approval. Contractors submitting forged documents will be blacklisted as per PPRA Rules-2014, Chapter VI, Clause-35.
