Supply of Examination Material, Office Stationery, and Computer Hardware/Accessories

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Larkano invites online and sealed bids on the prescribed format from interested potential bidders/firms registered with FBR for Income Tax and General Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement is under Rule No. 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Examination Material - Office Stationery - Computer Hardware/Accessories Bidders must obtain bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and specifications from the SPPRA's e-procurement portal www.E-Pads.pprasindh.gov.pk and the Board's website www.biselrk.edu.pk. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 3,000/- (nonrefundable) via Bank Challan or Pay Order towards the Tender Document fee. Bid security of 3% of the bid price must be submitted in the form of Bank Challan, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of HBL Account No. PK69 HABB 0000750006390901 and appended with the financial proposal. Conditional bids or bids without bid security will not be considered. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers subject to the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Tender schedule: Issue/sale of documents from 12-10-2026 to 27-10-2026. Submission deadline is 28-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
