Supply of Extended Duration Breathing Apparatus (EDBA) / Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) at SBP Banking Services Corporation Field Offices

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) (General Services Department) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Extended Duration Breathing Apparatus (EDBA) and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) to be supplied at various SBP Banking Services Corporation Field Offices across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Hyderabad, North Nazimabad, Sukkur, D.I. Khan, Gujranwala, and Bahawalpur. Items being procured: - Extended Duration Breathing Apparatus (EDBA)/ Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) quantity 26 units with two years warranty The equipment must comply with specifications including a cylinder capacity of 6.8 L / 9L, composite single cylinder material, full airtight mask with demand valve and fire-retardant material, working pressure of 300 Bar with 5% variation, minimum operating duration of 60 minutes, warning whistle of minimum 90 dB, overall weight between 8 to 11 Kg, and compliance with EN 137 & EN 136 standards. Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized agents, have at least one year experience in manufacturing or supply of EDBA/SCBA in Pakistan, and meet financial and tax registration requirements including being on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically to the 3rd Floor, BSC House Building, State Bank of Pakistan, I. I. Chundrigarh Road before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all technical and eligibility criteria. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.
