Supply and Fabrication of 200cc Tri-wheelers

Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) invites sealed e-tenders through EPADS from manufacturers and authorized dealers and fabricators with relevant experience in the supply and fabrication of tri-wheelers. The procurement is for the supply and fabrication of 200cc tri-wheelers, quantity 22 units. Items being procured: - Supply and Fabrication of 200cc Tri-wheelers (22 units) The scope includes manufacturing and fabricating tri-wheelers compliant with applicable standards. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and have active ATL status for all applicable taxes. The procurement follows KPPRA rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Eligibility requires relevant experience, proper tax registration, and submission of 2% bid security of the total quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: Mayar Road Near New Police Lines Mardan before the bid submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 28th August 2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders must ensure proper pagination and sequencing of bid documents. The procurement committee may request original/physical bid documents for verification. Failure to submit original bid security within the deadline will result in rejection as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must stamp and sign bid documents and comply with government tax directives.
