Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila invites sealed tenders from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of the following items and services at Taxila. Items being procured: - Supply Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of Shed (01 Job) - Seamless Pipe (01 Lot) - Hiring of Third Party Payroll Management Services (01 Job) - Dismantling & Sale/Auction of 3150 Ton Press (01 Job) The scope includes fabrication and installation of a shed, supply of seamless pipes, provision of third party payroll management services, and dismantling and auctioning of a heavy 3150 ton press. Tender documents with detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management. Bidders must submit sealed tenders clearly marked with the tender number and serial numbers 1 to 3 and serial number 4 separately. The tenders must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 27-08-2026. The opening of tenders will be held on 31-08-2026 at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. An earnest money payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of HMC. HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of contract.
