Supply and Fabrication of Mini Tipper/Dumper 1.5M3 Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring solid waste machinery specifically the supply and fabrication of Mini Tipper/Dumper with a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the waste management capabilities of the TMA Dassu office. The chassis for the mini tippers will be provided by the department, and the successful bidder will be responsible for fabrication and supply of three units. Bidders must be well reputed manufacturers or fabricators with valid NTN, GST registration, and a 35 facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 under a single stage two envelope method requiring separate technical and financial bids. The technical bids will be evaluated first, and only responsive bids will proceed to financial evaluation. Eligible bidders should be registered on the EPAD portal and submit their e-bids by 25th June 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A 2% bid security in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Dassu must be submitted sealed before the closing date.
