Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chitral invites bids for the supply and fabrication of specialized municipal vehicles and equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of TMA Chitral in vehicle-based municipal services. The procurement includes the following items:
- Supply/Fabrication of Mini Tipper /Dumper 1.5 M3 (Chassis Will be Provided by T.M.A Chitral) - 2 NOS
- Supply/Fabrication of Hydraulic Tipping Trolley 5 Ton pentle hook and Sunshade etc Complete in all respect attached with trolley - 2 NOS
- Supply/Fabrication of front end loader, and back hoe & sun shed etc complete in all respect - 2 NOS
These items require fabrication and supply of mechanical equipment tailored to municipal needs, including hydraulic systems and vehicle attachments. The chassis for the mini tippers will be provided by TMA Chitral, indicating partial in-house vehicle base. The scope covers complete fabrication and assembly with sunshades and other accessories as specified.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess relevant PEC categories for mechanical works and vehicle fabrication. Experience in similar municipal vehicle fabrication projects will be advantageous. Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 along with their application. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the bid amount is required with the financial bid submission.
The bids must be submitted online via the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPAD) System by 6th August 2026 at 12:00 PM sharp. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Delivery is to be made to the TMA Chitral office.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure strict compliance with the technical specifications and terms outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Timely submission and proper documentation, including earnest money and CDR, are critical for successful participation.
