Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Drosh invites bids for the supply and fabrication of specialized municipal vehicles and equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the TMA Drosh in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Mini Tipper /Dumper 1.5 M3 (2 Nos) with chassis provided by T.M.A Drosh
- Supply/Fabrication of Hydraulic Tipping Trolley 5 Ton pentle hook and Sunshade (2 Nos), complete in all respects
- Supply/Fabrication of front-end loader, back hoe and sun shed (1 No), complete in all respects
The technical scope includes fabrication and supply of heavy-duty mechanical equipment suitable for municipal use. The mini tipper and dumper require a 1.5 cubic meter capacity chassis supplied by the TMA. The hydraulic tipping trolley must have a 5-ton capacity with pentle hook and sunshade. The front-end loader and back hoe must be fabricated with an accompanying sun shed, all meeting the required technical specifications.
Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 at the TMA office. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the bid amount is required with the financial bid. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (Technical and Financial). Bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant PEC categories for mechanical works. Experience in fabrication of similar municipal equipment is essential.
The deadline for bid submission is **7th August 2026 by 12:00 PM sharp**, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal and hard copies of CDR submitted at the TMA Drosh office. Strict adherence to the terms and conditions is mandatory.
