The technical scope includes excavation, back filling, PCC and RCC concrete works, brick masonry, reinforcement bars, plaster work, flooring with Super Ziarat Marble White, iron base plate fixing, and MS railing installation. Materials specified include first-class bricks, premium quality sand and crush, approved cement brands, approved electrical fittings, sanitary pipes and fixtures, and approved paint brands. The sculpture will be artistically designed with weather-resistant coating and structural steel support.

They should have at least three years of relevant experience with government departments or companies, provide a list of construction machinery and technical staff, and demonstrate financial soundness with bank statements. The tender requires earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a demand draft or pay order. The successful bidder will also furnish a security deposit and integrity pact as per PPRA rules.
The tender submission deadline is **14th July 2026 at 11:00 AM** via EPAD, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are advised to visit the site before quoting rates to ensure accurate pricing and understanding of site conditions. The contract completion period is three months with a defect liability period of 12 months. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion and submission of required certificates.
