Supply and Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Oghi

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Oghi invites bids for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery to strengthen solid waste management services in Oghi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at enhancing operational capacity with well-reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers who hold valid NTN, GST, and PEC registration along with a 35 facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications (Qty: 1) - Supply/Fabrication of 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 3) - Supply/Fabrication of Trolley for Tractor as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 2) The technical scope includes fabrication and supply of machinery chassis provided by TMA, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to TMA staff. All rates must be quoted on a free on road (FOR) basis with delivery to the TMA office. The procurement follows the KPPRA single stage two envelope method, requiring separate technical and financial bids. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the EPAD portal, possess valid NTN, GST, and PEC registration, and have relevant experience in similar works.
